Are Glo Pals safe for my child? Yes! The technology behind the Glo Pals has been extensively tested and sold all over the world. These products have been independently tested by laboratories in the United States to meet all applicable standards for children ages 3 & up.

How long will each Glo Pals Light-Up Cube last? Each Light-Up Cube lasts a minimum of 16 lighted hours. The Light-Up Cubes turn on when placed in water and automatically turn off when fully dry. Only lighted time counts against battery life. On average, each Cube should last at least 30 days.

Are the batteries replaceable? They are not. Your child's safety is our top priority. To exceed USA safety standards, the batteries are sealed to reduce the risk of a choking hazard. Even though the batteries are not replaceable, Glo Pals are recyclable!

How should Glo Pals be stored when not in use? It is very important that the Glo Pals are removed from liquid and dried when not in use. Typically, removing the Pals from liquid, giving them a quick shake, and setting them out to dry will help increase their lifespan.

Can Glo Pals be recycled? Yes, the Glo Pals and their packaging can both be recycled.
